Aurélie Besson is the codirector at Molior, international exhibition producer (in 2014 : Éveil, held in São Paolo and Quebec's participation in the International Triennial of New Media Art, held at Beijing's National Art Museum of China). She is currently a doctoral student in Artistic Studies and Practices at UQAM. Her research is about the embodiement and movement senses in the experience of interactive artworks. Between 2007 and 2010, she worked in Prague as a project and program manager.
There, she carried out many collaborative European projects, research, international training programs (with Stelarc, Oliver Grau, Don Foresta, Louis Bec), and events (including the ENTER festival and the Mutamorphosis conferences). She has a Masters in Communication and Media Studies (Université Lumière Lyon 2; Universiteit Utrecht) and a Masters in Cultural Development and Project Management (Université Lumière Lyon 2). She is also curator, member of programming comittee at Eastern Bloc and radio reporter.
